Sunday school classes

Many of our Sunday School classes meet on Sunday mornings from 9:30-10:15 a.m. in various locations throughout our campus.  A volunteer will be available to help you find your way when you arrive inside our doors on Sunday morning.  We look forward to having you join us!

The Men’s bible class

The Men’s Bible Class has the distinction of having the longest history in the church.  This class meets in the lower level of the church each Sunday and is taught by Rev. Goforth.  Visitors are always welcome.

The Asbury class

The Asbury Sunday School Class meets in the Chapel.  This class follows a traditional format, using the United Methodist Adult Bible Studies.  The lessons are currently being led by Katherine Earley, and discussion and participation are encouraged.  Visitors are always welcome.

The Gate Class

The Gate Class meets in the Church Parlor and teaching is usually shared by a rotation of members within the class.  Visitors are always welcome.

The Women’s Bible Class

The Women’s Bible Class meets in the office across from the Pastor’s office on the main level, and is taught by Denise Gavin.  Our spring 2024 study is Adam Hamilton’s Wrestling with Doubt: Finding Faith. Visitors are always welcome.
